Verthex Scratch / Naucca

He Started making music in late 90s, after he got his first PC. Since that time Waldek has been developing his skills as a producer, sound designer and live performer. Influenced by diverse geners, such as idm, electro, minimal techno, funk and hip-hop he was trying to find his own music way.

In 2004 Waldek - with his techno project entitled Verthex Scratch - started performing live PA’s in clubs. He’s funky style was quick noticed by Bombtrap rec. which released his debut vinyl. His track “Ghettoblaster” was widely charted and had been licensed by Zyx music, major German music label.

In the meantime he was also creating softer kind of music, for which he coined a phrase “d’intelligent house”. In 2005 he felt that this material should be released and that’s how Naucca project was born. In the following year under Naucca alias Waldek released 2 mini albums for south american Dirty Noise records and for his friends at Equaliteq.

Around 2006 by a pure coincidence Waldek started working in adevertisement industry as a music composer and sound designer. Through last two years he was working for Bang and Olufsen, Gillette, Polsat (Polish TV station), Pampers, Mio Technology, Procter and Gamble and Axel Springer to name a few. His works have been used in Tv ads, video games, fashion shows, flash projects and dvd’s etc.

On 01.01.08 he launched www.beatmatch.info to provide fresh and original loops and sample packs to producers looking for cool sounds.
